It's a great listening activity and easy to do!  Best for intermediate to advanced students....

The idea is to give students one of the blank bio posters and one reading card with biographical information of a famous person (see attached).

1. Students read alone.

2. In pairs, they listen to their partner read, take notes and ask questions about their partners person to fill in the details.

3. Have some better students read the information as a group for the others who didn't interview or read about that person.

Extension:  Students can do the same but assign a youtube video. TheBIO channel has lots of great, short ones.  Students listen, fill in the details and then present their person to the class.

It might be interesting given Bob Dylan's Nobel Prize award for literature, to use the template above and have students fill in as they listen to a bio of Dylan's life.

Also see this Blowin In The Wind songsheet and resources. Video here.

Students can read the book and study quizzes on Gif Lingua Books

Here is a nice activity - get students to research about a Time Person Of The Year.

Use this template on google drive - students can design their own Time Cover for their person.  Also get students to vote and debate on the next Time Person of the Year. Who do they think will win for this year?

Students can read the book and study the vocabulary on Gif Lingua.
