This is a great worksheet and "thinking" exercise for students to practice English and learn vocabulary. 

See the worksheet attached. 

Lesson Delivery.

1. Make a list of first things on the board. For each prompt students to brainstorm what is next. 

First money.  Then .............

First the sun.  Then ............

2. Show any of the presentations below. Stop and prompt students for the Then ....

3. Let students fill out the worksheet with their own ideas and then share with the class.
