1. What is this place all about?
   

   We are a site dedicated to providing/sharing the best resources and methods available for EFL / ESL teachers and students on the internet and around the globe.. A site by teachers and students for teachers and students. The focus is on materials/methods that help language learning and teaching.

2. Does it cost anything?
   

   It is absolutely FREE! You will never be hounded for $$$ nor bothered by twinkly ads. However, we do ask when you first come to the community, tobecome a supporter. A lifetime, one time, $19.95 fee. It gets you loads of lessons/content under the Supporters tab and helps us pay our costs ($1,300/yr) and labor/time (not quantifiable!!)

3. I can't use a computer well. Any help?

4. How is EFL 2.0 different than other forums?
   

   Simply put - the latest technology and expertise, great teacher sharers and abundant resources (all free and available over the net, in one place.). We've been leading the way in the use of social networking and online sharing and will continue to do so. Fantastic friends, unlimited video/music/photos storage, great teaching conversation, abundant resources, blogs and more...

5. Can I invite my students here?
   

   There is lots of learning content available here that your students would enjoy! Make one classroom account and share the ID/PW with all your students. Thousands can be logged in under the same account. Further, start a group (classroom) or a blog and use it to teach your students and direct them to learning resources.

6. Who are the members here?
   

   We have tens of thousands of members from all over the world. Make friends and connect your students/classroom to the world. Search members too. Members are both teachers and learners, primarily English language teachers but not only. Our community is about "teaching/learning" and there is nothing foreign to "knowledge".

7. What about my privacy?
   

   Please rest assured that your profile/personal information is completely confidential. Even the administrators don't know your email address and you have complete control over all levels of contact and who will see what you participate in here on EFL Classroom 2.0. Click your settings - privacy (top right corner) to change all privacy settings.

8. Can I contact other members? The administrator?
   

   Yes, please do. Just click on the profile image of any member and either leave a comment on their page or send them a direct message (they will be notified by email). Our internal emailing system works great! Also, click "Contact Us" to leave a message to me, the administrator. I'll promptly reply about all concerns.

9. Can I help promote EFL Classroom 2.0?
   

   Yes, of course! If you have a blog or website, please put our link in your blog roll or get one of our badges from the main page. Our community is completely private (not on google search engines and we need your promotion!

10. I have a commercial product. Can I post here about it?
    

    Please see our posting guidelines. In general, we offer promotion about all "free" educational products related to English language teaching. If you have something commercial, please use our classifieds to tell members. It will be visible to all members on the main page.
