I'd like to recommend Victoria University of Wellington's MA in TESOL:

From their website: "The School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies has been offering graduate and post-graduate programmes and courses in TESOL and Applied Linguistics for over forty years."
http://www.victoria.ac.nz/lals/degrees/masters.aspx

So far, I have completed 4 courses towards the degree and am quite impressed with the programme.

I would like to add The University of Southern Queensland (Aust.) where I am currently completing a Masters in Applied Linguistics program. They also offer a Master of Education with a TESOL specialisation. USQ has a huge number of external students and offer courses at competitive costs for international students. I believe these programs can be completed fully on-line/externally, though some courses offer an optional residential segment. The academic standards are rigorous and their qualifications are highly regarded around the world. You could start exploring their offerings, etc by visiting http://www.usq.edu.au. In general, Australian universities are among the top places to gain a qualification.
The UNE mentioned above is also very fine. Potential learners could also explore a number of others (such as Griffith University and The University of Queensland) before making a final decision.
