The EFL Classroom teacher development materials are very useful. I had particular interest in the co-teaching presentation. My personal experience with team teaching is that the development of a sound professional relationship between the foreign EFL teacher and the Korean teacher, is extremely important. Without such a "relationship" there will always be a strained atmosphere in the classroom - to the detriment of the learners of course. Here is a team teaching video posted by the TEFL Training College the features an EFL class in a Korean high school.
Thanks for sharing and I'll take a look at the video. Always interesting and enlightening to view actual classes/teachers in action.
I've done a lot of work in the area of co-teaching. This link takes you to some valuable materials. I'd have teachers do the co-teaching questionnaire as a start on creating what you call a sound professional relationship. This link at my training website provides even more materials.
I have more presentations to add here - will do so when I get some time. My most recent lectures and focus.
