I'm honored to know you already, Muntaha! And I think I can speak for the rest of EFL Classroom (well, maybe I can't, but that isn't going to stop me :D) we are already proud of you, and proud of the community we make together for being so widespread, open, and lovely.

Do you know you bring me great pleasure when I can help? It makes me feel special, so thank you.

By the way, I am female, so I am not a Mr (that title is for males only :D ). The titles go like this:

Mr. (male, married or unmarried)
Ms. (female, married or unmarried)
Mrs. (female, married)
Miss (female, unmarried)

In the US, we would probably not use titles when addressing one another, because we are peers (the same status). Even with your boss, it is unusual for professionals to use a formal title. But when you have a PhD, I will have to address you as Dr.! (Doctor : ) )

I don't really have to do that, but I will, because it will be fun : )
