It’s here! On the launch pad – our first CELTA online course – and we are already accepting applications from our first cohort of trainees who will begin their course on April 24. Is the CELTA really fully done online? "Hi all - my name is Marisa and I train teachers in Athens, Greece but these days mainly online.
I have been a trainer for a long time and have run trainer training programs at my school CELT Athens since the beginning.

Contacting you here because I can't message on twitter (you got to friend me!). Great stuff with ELT chat and I used the page I mentioned http://eflclassroom.com/eltchat to introduce new teachers to twitter and I can also set so we can just have our own debates. so the couple online classes I have plus here, can find ELT Chat which is the quickest way I know to get a new teacher set up with websites, contacts , pln etc...
Here's the ELT Chat video(s). I did as an experiment but can do the whole thing next time. But just wanted something for any workshops. I think they work well to show twitter "in action". http://www.screenr.com/user/ddeubel I believe you can download there or if not and want to download - let me know. Great discussion and I enjoyed just reading and not typing! Sometimes best like that - been thinking a lot about arriving at some conclusions about social media and learning but it will take a while longer. I like to keep things within for a long time - like your famous Seferis.
I"m finally getting around to some greetings. Used to greet everyone but now just too darn busy around here...but that's good.
I love your blog and hope to spend some more time there. I've put it up in our member's directory so others might find you. I like the post about the Alligator. Reminded me of Marco Polo and his frustrations to categorize and describe a rhino when he saw one in Indonesia. He finally categorized it as a unicorn!
Look forward to hearing more about your teaching and teacher training...cheers,
