Ana,

Thanks again for using voicethread and hopefully it encourages other teachers to test it out. I liked how you used the "cam" and I'll have to try my own.

I put up a couple new ones of interest I'll write about tomorrow. Singing nursery rhymes and also singing pop songs....both good ideas for practice I think....more on that later.

Just about to turn off the computer and saw you'd logged in and it reminded me to send this message. Ciao for now,

David

Ana,

Thanks for the nice message. I will drop by your blog! and yes I also noticed and thank you for using the voicethread! I am a big cheerleader of voicethread and language learning. It really is awesome and gives "voice' to the once passive world of language learning. I set them up for the teachers I train to use with their classes later this month (when I begin teaching). Alas, like so much here in Korea, things change at the last moment and I'll be doing more independent lecturing/workshops but will still try to get the teachers I encounter using it (but I was scheduled to be working only with elementary school teachers).

I will also be adding yours and others blogs to our member blog directory later today. Please let me know how to make the network any better -- suggestions are invaluable.

Yes, Larry is an icon!!! Such a big help to everyone the world over and we all benefit from his work and insight so much.....

Now coffee time for me!
