Interesting thoughts / podcasts about language

Our audio / music player, besides having some damn fine music, has a lot of great conversations and podcasts/lectures on all kinds of topics about language and teaching. I really enjoy just turning to these from time to time, to refresh myself and get my brain "a priming" and feeling alive with the mystery and wonder of it all.

I've now made it easier. Here are a couple of series of podcasts. The first, just 5 minute talks around one language "question". You'll enjoy these and they are easy to dip into, whether you are an academic or a teacher in the trenches.

Check out our Teacher Training page and Prof. Development page for more..... I also recommend the "Speaking in Tongues" video series I just put into our video player... Enjoy!
