Perhaps you might know that I have a little connection with poetry -- you can see that at my "A Poem A Day" blog. So I really, really think poetry can be great, especially for teachers!

So it was with wonder and huzza that I first clasped eyes on "Spoken Verse" , a gigantic youtube collection of spoken poetry in video. It has gems galore. For the classroom or just for teachers. You can search and probably find your favorites! Share here. What "hits" you? Which might be good for ELLs?
