I've studied various TEFL online courses but only had a little experience in teaching (about 8 weeks).

This was  also 2 years ago! I've been asked to teach 2 adult Italians who have already completed a beginners course but still appear to be at a beginner to elementary level.

I want to try and help them but my lack of experience is making me nervous and hesitant.  I need to create a program for them for 1 - 2 months.  They've advised that they have been through a book called 'Interchange 4th Edition from Cambridge' but I'm not really sure how much they have learnt as they were a bit vague when I asked them about it.

Can anybody offer advice about developing a program for them?  The one seems a bit stronger in speaking than the other too.  They definitely need to practice speaking and pronunciation.

I would be grateful for any advice.
