Some more handy ones..
I like these art pictures -- students color and try to produce the same as the original artist. Goes along with our Name the Artist presentation or Baam game. Find in Learn - Practice page...
This idea is excellent - Cootie Catchers! (aka Fortune Teller). Make your own and students play and speak English when answering or they have to do what the action is under the flap! Keep making them to practice vocabulary. Or use these premade ones....Here is a nice video showing how to make one!

Some more ideas for crafts!
Here are a couple of "idea" books for crafts...
Here is another variation of the cootie catcher - The Fortune Teller. Make it with students and they can write in their own "futures". Then play with classmates and tell their fortune/future!

Here are some descriptions and instructions for creating classic crafts like the Dreamcatcher, God's Eye's, Maracas, Dinali lanterns etc...

Students can sing this song and "cut" with these cutouts.

Let's Make A Monster!

Cool craft idea to teach about body parts and describing people.

See the story Big Green Monster or Wingdongdilly for associated ideas.
