A few more articles...the Gates article is a really good read.
Some top 10s...

This is a "seminal" and important article regarding the teaching of grammar. If you do teach grammar and are serious about your teaching - take a read. Rod Ellis really says some important things.




English Language Teaching is a journal with a lot of fully accessible articles for research and prof. development. Here are a few examples. 


I work in Ontario Canada and we have some great resources for teaching teachers about the special needs of English Language Learners. This page has some wonderful videos and support materials
