Also preflight safety instructions are great for teaching English. Here's my fav. 


I'll try the activity this afternoon with my students. A bit confused with the standard dialogs. Are they predicted conversations between people at the airport?

Yes. But like anything, reality is much more complex :)  It's a start for students but some of the body language of the people are a little strange....

A couple of handy powerpoints on this topic.
