About

I've done a lot of research and workshops on coteaching. It is an excellent way to teach a "social" subject such as a language but it is fraught with pitfalls. Find here some resources and links to help you on your way....  View this interactive presentation on all facets of co-teaching.

First, check out our discussions on coteaching!

Next, try this page from my institute's site. Lots there to help you!

See this questionnaire to be done by both coteachers to start the school year off on the right foot!
Also, the survey/quiz. It will give you an idea of the health of your coteaching relationship if you are already coteaching... Also, attached, a general overview and my guidelines which I published recently.

Here are a few basic articles outlining what coteaching is... This site has some additional info.

Also, please read my recommendations about coteaching to/for the ETIS program. Lots of insight there. As well, the documentation - dozens of comments sent to me anonymously from practicing teachers about their coteaching situations. Very insightful for new teachers!
