This is a viral hit commercial on a pretty sensitive topic but handled with fun and sensitivity.

Read the book version and study the vocabulary with Quizlet.

Depending on your students you might use this lesson.

1. Use the brainstorming sheet to ask students to think of and share dumb ways to die. Ask them why it is dumb!

2. Play the song with the listening sheet to fill in. Use either subtitled or non subtitled versions.

3. Use the powerpoint to solicit student answers from the listening sheet (mix up the slides…).
