This is a great content based topic for our classes and to get students speaking English.

This video asks, WHY? - Why do people do extreme sports.  Students brainstorm reasons and then watch the video and check if the people there say the same thing.

Students can read the book on Gif Lingua and many more sports books. Study the vocabulary. Teachers - register and get worksheets for books to teach with in class.

Is there a version of this on Youtube? This link takes quite a while to load.

Yes. Here it is - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBW9uFfMkI4

Vimeo doesn't compress video as much as Youtube for streaming (to keep the quality ). That could be the problem.

Thanks a ton! You rule! I don't mind taking a hit in quality as long as I can actually show it without having the students sit there as the video buffers.
