How does implementation help you out throughout the year? I am curious to know what things have worked for you and what things have not worked for you through an implementation standard.  Continue

I'm a big fan of using the Guinness World Records as a class curriculum or just a lesson material.

Students are super motivated, the language is authentic and it's very adaptable. I'm even a former and current world record holder! (see the materials and lesson attached about myself).

Here are a whole pile of Guinness World Record related resources students can use.

1. Research and present info. about records. Use the template attached for students.

2. Readings about records attached. Also students can read this book on Gif Lingua.

3. Body measurement and compare to the actual Guinness World Records!

Enjoy using these great materials in your classroom!  See these addition world record related resourceson the community.

Also see this post about Guinness World Records. This lesson and materials - The Runners is excellent also.

Here is my running page - on my personal portfolio site .  About my past running exploits and a couple of Guinness world records on which the treadmill worksheet above is based.

Here are a few more Guinness World Record worksheets + an updated official 2017 Teachers' Guide Edition from the people at Guinness.

Also get students filling out the Witness Template to document their own "Dream" Guinness World Record! Share after as a class. What's the best record?
