In this lesson, get students thinking about their own happiness - what makes them happy.

Use the video worksheet with the video attached.  Students watch, complete the exercises and write about what makes them happy.

This is a beautiful video to just watch or use in a lesson.  A classic. So much wisdom. 

Maybe just let students watch, listen and note the one person, the one comment that "hit them" and share after. 

Use with the "What makes you happy" brainstorm ranking sheet attached.
