This is a very basic Jeopardy review game and some worksheets / flashcards to use to get students speaking about sports.

Here are some nice worksheets for vocabulary study about sports.
Brainstorm what students already know. Goes with the video above and attached! Play it and have students categorize the sports or write them down as fast as possible (or just shout them!).
Here are some nice "NAME THE SPORT" cards.
Simple game. Student draws a card and describes it to the group using the "hints" - words provided to help. Student who answers correctly first gets a point and the card. Most cards at the end wins!
