This is a nice ppt introducing the Beatles to students.

Use and then check understanding with the worksheet.

A nice presentation explaining the vocabulary for the eternal song "Yesterday".  Plus a nice series of listening cloze songsheets for many Beatles songs - Help / I want to hold your hand / 8 days a week / hello goodbye / here comes the sun / Let it be / All you need is love....

happy birthday is a Beatles classic and a different song for any students birthday.

Lyric sheet attached.

hello goodbye is another "staple" Beatles song. Even works for beginners.

Also great for teaching "Opposites" and get students to rewrite the chorus with their own opposites.

:"you say .............     I say .............   You say .................., I say .................."

Also a couple of cool presentations - Bands A to Z. See how many your students know. Of course, they'll guess the Beatles!  Also, can they get other bands which start with the same letter or name a song from the band named on the slide. Play for points!

All Together Now is a perfect Beatles song for beginners.  Use with the listening lyric sheet and ppt that provides the song and answers too.

Improved listening sheet.

Learn English with the video and the Beatles!  Use the interactive ppt for teaching this in class, changing the slides as needed.

Some more resources for teaching Beatles songs and history.

Play this edited mp3 and students complete the listening cloze...  Hello goodbye, I want to hold your hand and All you need is love.

A nice ppt detailing the history and facts about the Beatles. After, students complete the worksheet. What did they remember/learn?

Adding this here. Lennon's Imagine. Classic and use with the lyric listening sheet and ppt.

Here is a nice UNICEF version - very cool!  Also see the attached audio ppt which students can use to sing along.

Here is another ppt version and lyric sheet for "Imagine".  Also, see this blog post for a rundown about past resources regarding Imagine...
