Charles,

Roll over the titles in the second player (flv Beach, flv Bus Stop, etc) and a down arrow will appear. Click on it, and a "START DOWNLOAD" button will appear on the left side of the player. Click and download!

For the videos hosted on Youtube, use the program KEEPVID. Works like a charm : )
