Where the Hell is Matt and Other Dance Videos [EFL Classroom Exclusive]

I am sure that this first video is old news to anyone that was a fan of the first Where the Hell is Matt video, but this one is handy because it includes Korea and more importantly my hometown of Chicago. I use this video as a warm up for the Baam Flags game.

The above video is anothing world dance video which is also made of Awesome. In this case thisis a product of the fraternal project know as the Vlog Brothers. As you can see a wildly dedicated fan base (nerdfighters) has surrounded the project ever since the brothers started making vlog entries for their year-long endeavour that included such greatest hits as the video you see above, the deliberate take over of youtube's most discussed page for charity, and adding the ending "...In Your Pants" to the end of book titles.. If you want to know more about this inspiring and classroom room friendly project I suggest you check them out here at their own Ning page.

...and for the heck of it I included this video of me dancing like an idiot and my students being goofy.

Peace and Love,

Excellent blog entry! I'm still my pjs.

I don't really get the Nerd Fighters. Matt yes, the NFs no.... I guess maybe that says something about my personality? Is it a litmus test of being fuddy duddy? But I do like their Ning page! In fact, I intend to do an EFL Classroom 2.0 guerrilla cyber attack on their page this weekend! (remember - I am NOT a nerd and I also have some Ning insider know how! So stay tuned.....I'll shadow box 'em....

Keep dancing,

PS. I admire your ability to show off your "couldn't careless side so I care more" side. :)

I love these videos...they never fail to leave a lump in my throat as they remind me so much of my own travels and adventures. Whilst I have documented them in written, electronic and photographic media - I wish I had done a dance video!!!!

The bulk of the group dancing in front of Namdaemun is my students and I^^

Click here if you want to see.

Matt's a great guy and my students had an amazing time.
