About

Hi, here's Antonio Piedra,

Thanks very much for this site, probably one of the best social networks for EFL on the Net, with that appealing underlying phylosophy of 2.0. I particularly appreciate the resources section and the eSnips repository (though I regret the blackout of Scribd, where I came up against this Site).

I´d be very grateful if some of the members could upload resources related to the so trendy method of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learnig), i.e, English across the curriculum, as I presently teach in a High school bilingual section.
As for me, I have added this site badge to my humble Blog, where you too can browse and serve yourself : http://englishaguadulce.blogspot.com .

Let´s make the most of our teaching to implement the best practices for the challenging demanding knowledge society, and try to survive!.

Again thanks to the webmaster and the team for their pretty job!.

Hey Antoinio,

Thanks for the plug and I'll add your blog to our member's pages!

Yeah, scribd just became TOO BIG. You can get away sharing on a low level but the powers that be sooner or later will take out the hammer, if you get large. Scribd now has institutionalized backing and thus, is forced to not "play fair" (meaning, education should get fair use online - but we don't!).

Have you seen this blog post on CLIL? I'll upload some stuff I have tomorrow for you - once I get time to search....

Cheers,

David
