Yes, it is that time of year! Back to school and back to the trenches and battle to keep the light of education and learning burning.

Here are a few things that might help you as you "get back at it".

1. 50 Things To Do The First Week Of School. 

           - now a classic post with everything to get you ready, motivated and off to a good start. 

2. Eva Büyüksimkeşyan, offers up some great activities for the first few weeks back to school.  Getting Ready To Go Back To School.

3. Warmer and Getting Personal.  Use these activities to get students introduced to each other and build classroom atmosphere and cohesion.  Also see these activities and resources.

4. New Teacher's Checklist. Handy form and checklist to keep organized at the beginning of the year.
