I worked quite a few years in Korea as the head teacher trainer at SMOE, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.
Basically, my job was to help both Korean and foreign teachers in Seoul become more competent at teaching English. SMOE is the world's largest school board and so it was a challenging job! Lots of time spent with teachers and various initiatives/workshops. Lots of time spent developing programs and creating materials. Lots of memories!
Two materials created at SMOE areEnglish Factory and English Now.We used them in house for helping Korean teachers gain fluency but they'd be good for any intermediate level English course. Or just look through them and print out / use, the lessons that might help you in your own classroom. Lots of quality material. A resources from one teacher to many others....
