David

Teacher Founder

Here's a highlight of some important new posting of resources.

1. March

Use this book and these worksheets to have students discuss and talk about special days in March.

2.  Paralympic Games

They are happening right now! Great motivation for students and an excellent video based lesson using the song "Yes,I can".

3. McDonalds

Students learn about the founding of this fast food franchise and also discuss healthy eating habits. Also see our resources about "calories"

4. The Academy Awards

Review all the winners and make a lesson based on this current events topic.

5. St. Patrick's Day

Excellent video based lesson and powerpoints + worksheets to use to teach this fun topic!

6. Music and Song Resources

A nice post about the plethora of music related resources to be found on EFL Classroom 2.0

7. Video Based Lessons List

Updated this month. Hundreds of recommended videos to use in the classroom with lesson plans and materials! Can't beat it!

8.  Gif Lingua

Check out this free extensive reading platform for your students. Free voluntary reading has been shown to work wonders, especially if students read at the right level and books they choose and love.  Sign up as a teacher and check out the library and app (the app also is great for searching for words and expressions and showing students their use in context).
