The #1 .... (voicethread of all time)

Dr. Quinn's Love Line

I can't tell you how many tears of laughter I've shared with students while using Dr. Quinn as an example of Voicethread. He's incredible and even after 4+ years, still brillant and new as the sun is each day.

I'm really proud of being one of Voicethread's first supporters. I saw immediately the revolutionary thing they were and cheered it on as such. Really proud too of my own Voicethreads that have acted as models for many EFL teachers. But alas, I could never, ever beat, nor could anyone Dr. Quinn. It is so real, so genuine. A gem.

See my own tutorials for using/making your own Voicethreads - HERE.

:D I remember panicking once when I couldn't find this one... that's when I downloaded it to be sure that didn't happen again.

Guess I might as well toot my own horn with Voicethreads- here are mine, which, btw, I always liked better than yours, David! :D Hmm, that wasn't a very gracious thing to say!

OMG- I went to get the link to my English for Friendship & Fun group, and all the icons are gone! Ok, I have another site, englishforfriendship.org, that still has the links, but the group here has more comments, I think... geez, that's what I get for tooting, now I have another job to do (fix links)....

I also want to dig up the voicethreads where a group of us tried to sing songs in different languages...

I am listening to Dr. Quinn again, and you are right, David.... this one cannot be beat!

You can buy the hypnotise ring! Best marriage advice ever! (for a man)

For a woman- I'm not invisible!! :D

Oh, it's over.... : ((((((((

And of course, for all those waiting for love, eat your vegetables! I luv Dr. Quinn : )))))))))

He's a little unromantic don't you think! But god practical advice. I wish he'd give me some teaching advice...

Yes, a never ending battle to keep the links alive and fix things. Have you used a service for this Ellen? I often use  http://validator.w3.org/checklink  Not many free ones like this left out there.

Practical romance, my cup of tea : )

Thank you for the link, David- I've never used one before! Still relying on the old try to remember what I am doing method...
