Hi Dogpile,
My supervisor told me about the workshop this Friday. I would honestly like to attend but while not obliged to attend classes I still should. But we live pretty close to each other. If you'd like to talk after school, exchange some lesson plans, or just commiserate let me know.

Hi Don,

Sorry for the late reply. Monday as usual - swamped but feeling good!

I'd love to do a workshop and usually an invitation like this is just the push I need.... Let me know what you have in mind and I promise to make it teacher friendly and first. I don't know what theme you envision but I'd love the chance to shake off all the rhetoric and do something teacher friendly like -- Teaching with a blank piece of paper. Simple but powerful ideas for teaching without anything but a blank piece of paper. Just an idea.

Let me know and if it is the weekend, I'm most often available. Thanks. Cheers,

David

Hey dogpile! I hope you had a great birthday....happy belated one!

This weekend we will have a birthday indicator -- starting to set it up, as well as do some other major changes to help "make community" out of EFL teachers and give us tools. It takes time..........

Cheers,

David

Dogpile,

So glad you found us. Welcome to EFL Classroom 2.0 ! I hope you'll find a great "home" for learning and teaching. I look forward to your own contribution here. And of course, any Canuck gets a huge welcome! Let us know what kinds of multi media you use in the classroom.

When you have a moment, personalize your homepage, click around and see a lot of great videos, presentations, links to resources and pics, music. Share in the forums and put up or link to your own blog. Check out our great Buzka library of links and form or join a group. You have unlimited photo storage and can make your own albums and slideshows. Even chat to my double, Dave the "bot". Look forward to many new NING developments including interactive friend online chat coming soon. Make some great teaching friends here, just click and invite.

Make sure you introduce yourself in our "introduce yourself" forum! And if you want, show others where you are from on the Frappr map.

If you haven't sent me an email address, please do so and I'll send you an invite to additional resources. Your email address in your profile is always secure and only known by admin (me).

Most of all, keep sharing and discussing. It makes all our jobs easier.

Happy teaching,

David
