Hi Nicoleta, thanks for the friendship : ))))

Do you really want to know more about the US? Most people around the world have had enough of us! :D Ok, I will start the US group... will you start the one for Romania? And teach me more about opera? I have ONE great opera song, and the person who sent it to me is from Romania! Just a minute, I will go find the file....

So beautiful....

Hi Nicoleta, and a big hi to Romania! I have noticed that not only are people from Romania very nice, but your students speak excellent English! Someone is doing a good job teaching them : ). I hope you will share your secrets with us, and if you have the time, will start a group for Romania in our World Connections project (the link is towards the end of this letter) - I would love to learn more about your country!

Please visit our Welcome Page for lots of information about EFL Classroom. Also, many handy tips for getting around this site and doing what you want to do can be found in the discussion, Using EFL Classroom 2.0.

There's always more to explore. If you are looking for a quick, effective activity, Lessons in a Can can't be beat. We have a big collection of Karaoke songs, especially suited for EFL use. There are many sources for professional development throughout the site (here's one big example!) ...and I'm always finding something interesting and new just by clicking around : ). Let me know if I can be of any help in finding or using a resource, it really is my pleasure.

When you have a moment, please share your experience and resources with us, too. Introduce yourself, share more about your country in our World Connections, start or respond to a discussion, post a video or blog- let's keep creating a great teaching and learning community together!

All the best,

Ellen
