It would take a long tutorial to describe the process.  See how I play videos in ppt in this presentation.  Basically you can easily embed the video but the downside is that streaming is quite unreliable and dependent on a number of factors. But there is an embed video in the Insert menu of PPT.  but if you have the video on your computer (best practice), you'll have to convert it to WMV to play in PPT and it will link/play just like the link I shared shows. 

But LMGTFY - let me google that for you ...
