Here are a couple of documents fully outlining how to use WMM. Also, another set of tutorials here. I like this basic video tutorial!

Just be aware that the word 'Chinamen' is a racial slur and should be explained if using this video. Also, depending on your audience, although I think this video is meant to be comedy, some people might interpret it as somewhat racist based on the song and the video that is portrayed.
