You're right, David, that was harder than a TED talk! Teaching to a darkened auditorium is not an easy gig!

You did great. Excellent materials, too (and no sign of a limp!) I'm going to go watch the whole thing...

Oh much harder! You are right, so dark and you'll see the first 10 min. on the stage were horrible! Finally I jumped down and could still only see the first few rows but it was much better. You'll note I spoke with a lot of pause - mostly because they were 2nd language speakers but also for overall understanding. It was also hard not communicating well with the guy putting on the videos. Plus, the first time doing this topic! But all in all, okay. I just don't like the sound quality of the video - it is all just me and you don't get an idea of the audience....
